Following the Prime Minister's announcement of a third national lockdown on Tuesday 4th January 2021, we were pleased to learn that we will be able to continue offering our services to our valued clients.

At Ovenclear, the safety of our team and our clients remains of paramount importance to us. This will continue to be our priority as we work in your home.

If our oven specialists or any of their families are experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms, they will self-isolate at home for 14 days and arrange a test. They will not be working in our offices or our clients’ properties.
If you or anyone in your household is experiencing Coronavirus symptoms, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your booking. Rearranged bookings will be booked for at least 14 days after the cancellation.
We have hand sanitiser in our vehicles which our oven specialists will use before and after each job.
Fresh PPE will be used for each job consisting of gloves, masks and shoe covers.
Our team will adhere to government recommended social distancing guidelines and ensure they keep at least a two metre distance from others. We would ask our clients to do the same.
We ask that, where possible, you are not in the kitchen whilst we are working at your home.
All our equipment will be sanitised and disinfected before and after use.
